StoneEagle has been developing systems for the Automobile and Insurance industry for over 20 years. The SEcureSCS flexibility is due to the interactive user definable controls for contract administration, calculations, and claims processing. SEcureSCS is easy-to-use because it allows authorized users to create their own products and manage contracts and claims through their entire life cycle in an integrated and efficient fashion. SEcureSCS allows the user to create statutory reporting, cession statements and standard accounting reports plus interfaces. User level security is built into every aspect of SEcureSCS.
SEcureSCS is completely Web enabled offering many options. These include: online rating, contract submission, contract lookup, cancel quotes, online claim submission, dealer statements and various other options. StoneEagle started to Web enable their systems 7 years ago and today supports major applications on the Web for more than 50 clients. One of the most important lessons StoneEagle has learned is that not only every administrator is different, but also every auto dealership has very different business practices and philosophies. For this reason, StoneEagle has designed, and will customize for the client, a flexible Web front end that provides the ultimate level of agility that is necessary in today’s market. StoneEagle enables our clients to keep up with the demands of not only the many facets of business perspective, but also with the increasing product lines and services to dealerships and users in this industry.
SEcureSCS was designed to meet the specific administrative requirements of the VEHICLE SERVICE CONTRACT INDUSTRY. It also supports related products like GAP, ETCH, Wear and Tear, MAINTENANCE, MARINE, and MOTORCYCLE.
StoneEagle used the IBM iSeries hardware to develop the SEcureSCS System in a normalized DB2 Database to take advantage of data manipulation packages such as Microsoft .Net and Mail Merge with Microsoft Word™. Further, the system makes provision for extracting information directly to a personal computer for applications such as Excel™, Access™ and Microsoft SQL Server™.
