partnership with the StoneEagle Group, an industry specific
software design and Development Company headquartered in Dallas,
Texas. StoneEagle has been involved in providing software
applications to the insurance industry since 1967. StoneEagle
will provide a web service for importing deal data and rate
calculation from participating Dealers’ ADP, R&R and other
Dealer Management Systems (“DMS”) for OwnerGUARD’s Financial GAP
and Menu Internet based systems.
Selection of StoneEagle provides OwnerGUARD’s participating
Dealers a complete business-to-business e-commerce solution,
without hostile screen scrape or unauthorized software
applications.
