The user clicks on a DMS import button within t21 and enters the appropriate deal number. The import function auto-populates all information pertaining to that deal from the DMS to t21 instantly to create an error-free title application. t21 also links state agencies with local tax collectors and the dealer so that transactions are posted for all three in real-time. This process and powerful integration saves time and creates a better workflow for users on each transaction.
