StoneEagle provides a suite of options that allows the end user to
interface with the base SEcureCredit System. SEcureCredit ICS
(Internet Connection Solution) harnesses the true power of the
internet by bringing Insurance Carriers, Third Party Administrators,
General Agents and their Dealer, Bank and Credit Union clients
together through integrating key aspects of their business flow.
Access to the following reports and information is immediately
available once the policy is processed.
- Certificate Entry with
full premium and underwriting editing: The certificate data is added
directly to the StoneEagle database for processing.
- Certificate Look-up & Cancellation Quote: The certificate can be
accessed and cancellation quotes can be achieved over the internet.
Each time a user requests a real time quote, the result is stored in
the StoneEagle database for future reference if required.
- Transaction Compensation Summary: a pre-billing statement to aide
the producer in creating a net bill. Premium production and
compensation is tracked to create a pre-billing statement.
- Certificate Listing: allows the user to obtain a list of
certificates based on a particular time frame.
- Credit Insurance Quoter: allows users to obtain a credit
insurance quote on-line. It is also capable of storing forms and
printing those forms from the internet to eliminate the cost of
pre-printed forms and their distribution to producers. The data from
the form is populated directly to the StoneEagle database for
processing. The load data is also captured for production and
penetration reporting.
- Producer Options: twelve month production reporting and current
month, year to date, last twelve months and inception to date loss
ratio reporting by product.
- Gap Waivers: can be calculated and produced from the internet
removing the expense of pre-printed and distributed forms. This data
is also captured in the StoneEagle database for processing.
- Billing Statement Balance History: an option that allows the
producer to obtain a current copy of the billing statement in HTML
format or, the statement can be produced as an iSeries spool file
and converted to a PDF. The PDF is stored on the IFS and the
producer is notified that the statement is ready for retrieval.
CLAIM OPTIONS:
- Claim Information Look Up: full claim information display if the
user has the authority. Claim status, applicable dates, payment
history and activity are available. Individual payment detail and
certificate detail are also available.
- Notice of Loss Option: allows a producer to acquire certificate
information, set up preliminary claim information, schedule a claim
to be sent to an insured and create a claim that is pending from
internet status. This option greatly reduces phone support time by
examiners.
- Claim Payment Reporting: allows a producer to obtain a list of
claim payments that have been made on their behalf for any
particular time frame. By clicking on a payment the user can drill
down to the claim details described in the claim information look up
section above.
OTHER OPTIONS:
- There is a set of reports available that allow users from
the Insurance company, Agents and producers access to production
information such as twelve month premium production by product,
twelve month claim payment information by product, upward and
downward trending and loss ratio reporting by product. The data
from the report can be downloaded to an Excel Spread sheet if
desired.
- There has also been a significant effort placed on loan
officer penetration reporting.

handle other products including GAP insurance and property
