SEcureForm provides data exchange capabilities with leading dealer management systems and
administrative systems. By leveraging two-way data integration capabilities, data re-entry
is eliminated and all transactions are completed more efficiently and accurately. This virtually
eliminates costly “re-contracting” and expedites the closing of transactions. Additionally, when
a forms change is required, it happens immediately, eliminating the need to send out pre-printed
paper based forms. For each client, StoneEagle leverages logic and business rules to ensure the
accuracy and data integrity of contracts.
SEcureForm is a stand alone module designed to interface with many types of business applications.
This solution will integrate with other programs to populate pertinent information to the electronic
forms builder. Once all documents are processed through the solution they can be printed for the
customer and electronically distributed and archived to the selling dealer and all other parties. |
