SEcureSales Tool (SST) is a web-based solution that enables direct marketers, administrators and auto dealers with a seamless and cost-effective way to increase vehicle service contract sales after the sale via direct marketing efforts or within the dealership on the service drive.

SST will streamline the sales process of vehicle service contracts from an environment outside of the dealer management system (DMS) or can integrate with the DMS to eliminate duplicate data entry and shorten the sales process from the F&I or Service departments.

SST links directly to the VSC administrator for real-time vehicle classification, rating and underwriting to determine immediate and accurate eligibility for the customer. After the sale is finalized the contract is generated electronically in PDF format and the sold contract data is delivered electronically to the administrator and corresponding finance company if required.

*   Rate a vehicle from desired administrator
*   Complete the contract entry, by entering the customer information
*   Process a Down Payment, through the client’s Merchant Terminal or through StoneEagle’s Merchant Terminal
*   Enter in the Customer’s Bank Routing and Checking # or Credit Card information for the Premium Finance company
*   Print the necessary fulfillment forms with the entire contract data merged directly to the forms

This application is ideal for selling vehicle service contracts to customers that did not buy at the point of sale. Direct marketing campaigns or Service Bay sales are perfect candidates for the SST solution.
