StoneEagle mobilizes an entire team of associates for each client that is introduced into our environment.
Although we will provide a lead contact point here at StoneEagle, we will have a minimum of five team
members engaged with any given client. Those team members consist of the following:
- Business Analyst
- Implementation Manager
- DMS Specialist
- Client Account Manager
- Compliance & Billing Representative
Each team member is educated through rigorous in-house training programs, as well as industry
specific training classes and on-site role shadowing programs at various producer locations
(including automotive dealership locations, F&I training schools, dealer management software
schools, banks, credit unions etc.)
- Standard Customer Support is
currently available during regular business hours from 8:30am to
5:00pm CST.
- Immediate Technical Support is available 24 x 7 via our emergency
paging system.
Our Technical Support team manages any and all connectivity,
extraction or exporting issues. Our clients do not have to bear any
financial responsibility for the acquisition and maintenance of
hardware, software or technical resources. StoneEagle creates a
single source of accountability for all data integration
requirements. |
